The art that I make is my proof of life. It is the most thorough documentation of my experiences that I can provide. Sometimes the proof of someone else's pain can help ease our own, the basic human empathy is set in "I see you." My art is how I tip my hat to the world saying "I see you" amongst your contradictions and truths.

My name is Aman Avvaru, I am a 24-year old artist based in the Bronx, NYC. I was born in Denver, Colorado, raised in Albany, NY, and graduated from Baruch college in 2025 with a major in Marketing and a minor in Political Science. I became a published photographer at the age of 19, from there I transitioned to working as a director, videographer, editor, and graphic designer. The past 5 years of my life have been consumed by working in film production, along with being a creative director and strategist for independent artists and brands, doing things like planning campaigns, producing creative assets, and executing roll-outs.

Mixed media — spray paint, acrylic, charcoal, airbrush.
